Wednesday 29 February Group WOD

Leap Day WOD!!  

Hope you are all recovered from the heavy deadlifts!  That was quite a workout!


10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Reps of

Push Press (105/75)
Burpees
Sit Ups (bring a towel for the small of your back!)

See you in the morning!

    My time was 18:43 with 55lb push press! And dare I say that Burpees are getting easier??

  2. It was so good to be back at it with you ladies again. I can't believe I went a whole week without seeing you all!

    My time was 22:06 with 55lb push press. And even though I was last, it was certainly better than I could've done a few months ago. Like Amanda says: Yay for getting stronger!

  4. I was about 16 min (lost track of the exact seconds) with a 45lb push press. I'm sure I could have hussled more but it is hard to run around like that when doing it alone :(. Guess I better get my butt out of bed Friday!
