Our approach to fitness is broad, but this current program comes from what we have learned from our CrossFit experience and education.

We do not recommend anyone beginning a CrossFit program without being officially introduced to the program, the nine foundational movements and their techniques by a CrossFit Level 1-certified Trainer.   If you are interested in getting started by going through the foundations, contact us.

  1. This blog was my first encounter with crossfit and it was my center for starting to eat paleo. Thank you Heather and Leigh for inspiring my life and my health. I love eating clean and crossfit is my drug of choice (next to running). I have been on another path since we moved and it has taken a year, but I am back to crossfit. Although the community here is not as positive as yours, I am hoping to uplift them and inspire them, as you have inspired me. Thank you!
