as rx: 7 rounds plus 6 box jumps. that was really hard for me. and relentless on the quads! usually i can find my "rest" exercise, but there wasn't one here. please know i am not posting to brag, but trying to get people to post their times/reps to keep us not only accountable, but motivated. so be bold and post!! see you wednesday!
ReplyDelete5 rounds (I think) + 12 box jumps. But I used the 12 in box and 45# bar. And I got yelled at once to go lower on the thrusters ;)

ReplyDeleteJust did this wod at home with my four year old as 42.4lb (for the sake of my OCD) thruster weight. 7 and 2/3 rounds. You gotta work with what you got! :)
