Monday 6 February Group WOD

In the wake of the Super Bowl we will still meet!!!  I had like 4 texts tonight!  I am really glad everyone's interested!  

I think we will do this past Saturday's CrossFit main site WOD. 

"Rahoi" 

AMRAP 12

12 Box Jumps 24"/20"
6 Thrusters 95/65
6 Bar-Facing Burpees

This one is fast and intense!!  Come ready to give it your all!

  1. as rx: 7 rounds plus 6 box jumps. that was really hard for me. and relentless on the quads! usually i can find my "rest" exercise, but there wasn't one here. please know i am not posting to brag, but trying to get people to post their times/reps to keep us not only accountable, but motivated. so be bold and post!! see you wednesday!

  2. 5 rounds (I think) + 12 box jumps. But I used the 12 in box and 45# bar. And I got yelled at once to go lower on the thrusters ;)

  4. Just did this wod at home with my four year old as 42.4lb (for the sake of my OCD) thruster weight. 7 and 2/3 rounds. You gotta work with what you got! :)

    Still not feeling 100%...I did 4 full rounds plus box jumps and thrusters (50lbs... I think)!!!
    Great Jobs ladies!! this one was intense!
