Friday, 10 February Group WOD

Kettle Hell

5 Rounds:
20 Kettlebell Swings 
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 Right Arm KB Clean
20 Left Arm KB Clean

  2. That was a tough one ladies, you all powered through it and looked strong! Emily--I especially loved your focus and intensity!

    Just did the WOD, as Rx (with the 10 each side) in 16.27. Thank you, Leigh, for schooling me on the kettle-bell cleans! It took me a minute, but I got them down. Now my deltoids are sufficiently bruised from the constant banging!

  3. OMG. That was brutal. a great way to wind down from a morning with 14 preschoolers!! 15:47 as rx. My deltoids are also hamburger, so I guess the kb won! everyone did so well this morning, I was really proud to show you off to the B&G guys. :) Hope you have a great weekend!! Get after 4 of your goats this weekend. There is a tabata timer in the "resources" tab of this blog. I will do wall balls, pushups, pullups and double unders.
