Friday, 25 May Group WOD

3 Rounds for Time:

50 Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
40 Wall Ball Sit Ups
30 Back Extensions
20 Hollow Rocks

Can't wait to see you all in the morning!  Heather will be there so I am pretty excited!!!

  1. Great WOD :) Those hollow rocks were HARD!!! Guess I need to work on that :) I finished in 27 something?? I think!

  2. Glad you like it Amanda! It was definitely legit...I just finished up in my garage! Tough going from OH lunges to WB sit-ups but in a good way :) Our shoulders will thank us this tank top season!

    The hollow rocks are tough at first. Keep up the motivation and practice them, they are one of the many important core exercises in CrossFit. Here is a great article on their importance and function. Have a great weekend!
