6 Rounds for Time:

25 burpees
400 m run



  1. That was quite a workout!!! I kind of liked it! Burpees seem to be getting easier... guess I just need to work on my form! :)
    Finished in 28:51 (I think!)

    Good job ladies! And ya'll looked awesome afterwards! I think I'm still picking mud out of my bellybutton ;) ;)

Awesome!! 26:04 and i felt every burpee. 6 rounds is a lot...you all did great and I am so proud of your unremitting hard work. its paying off and you will see the dividends on your running days!! (for those of you training for races.) it was really fun, we will be going outside more and more!! we will enjoy the view while we work out! see you friday!
