So, we won't meet this week...gym hours are unpredictable, and everyone is in and out.
Let me give you a few of my favorite WOD ideas that use little or no gym equipment.
25 good mornings/back extensions
30 double unders
(focus on FULL ROM!!)
15 air squats
sprint 1 minute
lunge 1 minute
100 burpee pullups
Get the TABATA app, and attack 4 of your goats!
(a goat is something you suck at!)
Get Creative!! Use your time away from the group to do what you LOVE to do...and get better in the areas that need improvement! No childcare is no excuse anymore!!
