Monday, 19 March Group WOD

Can't believe that Spring Break is over! I hope you had a glorious time and that you had an opportunity to workout here and there.  

Tomorrow we will start with one I attempted yesterday:

5 Rounds for Time:
12 Deadlifts
9 Hang Power Clean
6 Push Jerk
(155#)

  1. One weight for all three lifts, right? Because the hang clean (or push press, I suppose) will really limit how much I can lift... and we're not talking anywhere near #155! (Probably not even half that!)

  2. I think we should adopt the motto "Our Fun is not Fun". The limiting factor on this will be the HPCs...I did 2 rounds at 95 and the final three at 85. Tough one. I used the same bar for the whole WOD. Think fast elbows...eat protein so you don't feel shaky in the morning!

  3. Well... HELLO MONDAY (after spring break!!!)

    This was hard!! I think the hang power cleans are my nemisis!!!

  4. Awesome Job my friends! I"m out this week and next Monday due to The Mister's schedule. However, I'm going to try to do what I can at the MWR gym. See you all on Wednesday of next week!
