Friday 7 September WOD

I wanted to do a major chipper this week but it turned out that Wed's WOD was plenty chippy.  It's time to get back to some strength!!

Eat protein tonight.


8 Deadlift (255/155)
16 Pull-Ups (bring your bands!!)
24 OH Walking Lunges (45/25 plate)

See you bright and early!
