Friday, 6 April Group WOD


This is another WOD I got from Fort Hood.  :)
"Hamburguesa"

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
stairway to heaven
12 pull ups
21 kettlebell swings
400 m. run
75 wall balls

400 m. run
21 kettlebell swings
12 pullups
stairway to heaven
15 squats
10 push ups
5 pull ups

    Time 22:11 (used a 12lb ball; 35lb KB)

  3. Jenny and I just finished this at Arvin. We ran our 400m outside...we started the run at the glass doors located at the back of Arvin (we measured after the WOD and the run around the Sup's house...was actually 500m)
    Red band for pull-ups
    12# med ball
    35# KB
    Knee Push ups
    23:38

    That one was a hard one but I loved it...especially right before the weekned! Sorry we missed you guys...My week next week is looking the same unfortunately :( eg

  4. 22:00 on the nose. I am sad to hear that I was 2 minutes worse than when i first did the WOD. but maybe, with the stairs+500m run+20lb WB...it made that much of a difference. the wall balls KILLED me today, not sure why, usually i don't mind them! HAPPY EASTER!
