This was a revisit from one we did back in the winter. I got it from the Fort Hood CrossFit affiliate, and it seemed worse this time than it did the first two times I have done it.
Did anyone improve? Unfortunately I did not record my results, so I can't determine my results. Boo.

ReplyDeletegood job amanda. my time was 22:22. the wall balls and box jumps were brutal. I was chipping at them 5 at a time.
ReplyDeleteThat's great!!! I think subbing jumping pullups helped my time! Next time I need to remember my band and use that! :)
DeleteOk, so I did this one this morning and I did not improve my time!! That stinks. My time was 25:52. In January it was 23:30. But, I did pullups with my band intstead of jumping, I used a 14lb med mall instead of 12, and I used a 35 kettle bell instead of 25. So, I improved in my form and in the weight that I used, but I didn't get faster. Also, I've been eating a lot of cookies. :) Oh well, on to the next WOD!
