  1. Whoa. You know its a good one when your burpee-like exercise is your rest. I will say that I had great fun doing something different. The wall climbs were rather empowering. I definitely felt like GI Jane doing those. 6 rounds, 3 wall climbs, 10 down ups, and 2 pass thrus. FUN.

  2. So true! I tried this one today too (after watching all you ladies work so hard!) and got 6 rounds flat, racing the clock for the last grasshoppers. Had to take the spring out of the down ups to accommodate my foot but I didn't mind after those wall climbs :) Great WOD Leigh, fun and fresh!
