Our Friday WOD will honor Jenny's special day, which is actually today, and not Friday. Instead of dreading the WOD, or feeling bad about our ages, we really need to think about how much butt we are kicking at this time of our lives.

So, I'm a little in love with the Turkish Get Up, the way you can be in love with something that's a little too good for you. I'm going to be working on those. :)
ReplyDeleteI tried (largely unsuccessfully) not to dread the WOD, so I certainly didn't expect to like it as much as I did. (As always, though, I only like the WOD after it's done!) Great job, Leigh! And happy birthday, Jenny!

This is the third time in a few weeks that I've come across the Turkish Get Up--the first time I read the description I thought, "great, an easy move for a minute!" haha. Oops.
