No-gym WOD Wednesday

This one should not be too long for those of you who can't stay long.  And if you don't feel like going in to the gym, you can totally do this at home!  
I have been wanting to do this one for a while.

Burpee Ladder

Burpee Ladder (with a lateral jump)

Minute 1: complete one burpee (with a LATERAL jump over a cone)
Minute 2: complete 2 burpees w/ lateral jumps
Minute 3: complete 3 burpees w/ lateral jumps
- continue in this fashion until you are no longer able to compete the requsite number of burpees in that minute

- when cut-off, rest one minute, then...

800m run for time.

Score is total number of burpees + time for run

  1. I don't remember the time for my run, but I got up to 12 burpees in minute 12.

  2. I got 11 1/2 burpees in the 12th minute. Then I ran a 3:42 800 which was pretty sad! I will have to do a retry on a track next time!

  3. I got up to 13 Burpees in min 13 and run was 3:23

  4. Anyone else's forearms sore from this? Mine are still super sore and I'm on day 3 - never thought my forearms would be sore from Burpees!

  5. Wow Marci great job!! I am pretty sad I didn't get thru that 12th burpee, but I had to be honest with my self and not keep going! I need to get my run time pared down. Hope to see you soon!
