Saturday 14 July WOD



AMRAP 20

95/65 (one bar for entire WOD)

10 Deadlift 
8 Hang Power Clean
6 Front Squat
4 Push Press

I remember this one being intense, and it is!  My forearms are toast!

  1. After a week off of working out I did this one. I did 7 rounds and it kicked my booty! Oh, and I did Hang Cleans on accident. Afterwards Jim told me that Power Cleans were from the ground. Oops

  2. Oh wait, I just reread the WOD. It is Hang Cleans. I guess I did the right thing then!

  3. yes it is hang power cleans. power cleans are from the ground. good job!

  4. and "regular" cleans are from the ground into a squat and up. (no squat with power cleans)

  5. 10 or 11 + 7 hang power cleans (I suck at counting!)
