So, I don't know if I will have a voice in the morning. Hence, the simple movements. But, this is also one of my favorite benchmark WODs. We will definitely come back to this one, so remember your rounds, and write it down.

Wow!!! That was a great one! Can't wait to revisit in a couple weeks and see improvement... I HOPE to get some "real" pull-ups done by then!

ReplyDeleteI (leigh) did this WOD in my garage, got 15 rounds plus 5 pullups, 1 pushup.
I did 10 rounds. I can't wait to see improvement. My form wasn't terrific but I look forward to getting better. I'm so glad to be part of such an encouraging group of women!
